Excellent follow up service. FYI, my ottoman with velvet fabric needed the marks removed from the previous cleaning. The marks don't come out if allowed to dry. I spent time smoothing the wet fabric until it dried and now it's perfect!

Great way to clean rugs. And the upholstery protectant they put on our dining room chairs was amazing. Within a few months had a party, friend spilled red wine on one of the chairs, we all looked in shock, I grabbed a damp cloth and all the wine disappeared. Never knew anything happened. So happy with that.

I love how my carpet feels and how it smells so fresh!

The carpet looks great. Most of the spots came out and the harder ones the technician applied extra solution to try and get them out. Technician was professional and friendly.
