The technician was on time and properly identified himself. He explained what he was going to do and surveyed the area prior to cleaning. He also upsold us on the pet treatment, honoring the monthly website discount of 15% across services. The scent made the whole house smell fresh. We are very pleased and would use Zerorez again.

They did a good job on my carpets. There was a little overspray on my hardwood floors. The technicians were very friendly and explained how they were going to clean the carpets. I was charged extra for a bathroom carpet that attached to a bedroom carpet. Other than that, they did a good job.

The service provided was very thorough and the discussion of pricing was clearly done prior to any service being done. Diamond was an amazing guy. He really worked hard on my couch that is seven years old and has been abused by seven children. It looks freaking brand new!!! The carpet in my bedroom is spectacular. Again, 7 year old carpet with lots and lots of foot traffic and it looks brand new!
