Our tech Daniel was fantastic. He arrived on time, confirmed the services we had scheduled, gave a brief overview of each, and went to work. He paused about halfway through and gave me an opportunity to have a look at the area he had cleaned, then completed the job. The carpet looks great and smells clean. I am so happy I chose Zerorez to clean our carpets! Zach was our technician and was respectful and thoroughly explained the process. We did add on deep cleaning services due to having cats and I am so glad. He even showed me later how much was picked up during the cleaning. The timeframe was approximately one hour to clean three rooms and my carpets look and feel brand new! I will definitely continue with Zerorez for their services and highly recommend that anyone who reads this to do the same.
