The cleanliness without all the harsh chemicals! My husband and I have had Zerorez clean our carpets and furniture twice and loved the quality clean and the great people. This time was for my mom's apartment on the third floor and Richie did a great job. He was also very kind and professional with my elderly mother. Great Customer Service from a quality employee is very important for this type of service and Richie aced it! Thank you Richie from Marilyn and her four "kids" Debra, Denise, Connie and Rob. The apartment is bright and beautiful!

Greg the tech did a thorough and great job! He explained how the wear shows as brown spots on our light carpet. That said. There looks like there is one stain in our living room area that he wasn’t able to clear up. I disnt notice until the next day. It almost looks like a coffee stain. Any suggestions on how to clean up? Thanks

Scott was very thorough with cleaning our carpets. He was able to remove stains in the carpet too. They look like new! I routinely have Zerorez come every year to extend the life of our carpets.
