I’ve used your service for years and am pleased with the quality of work. I had Ryan as my technician for the second year in a row; I would ask that he always be assigned to my jobs. I feel comfortable with him that I can tell him what did not please me from the previous visit. He accepts that feedback well and works to educate the customer at the same time as pleasing them. Well done!

Our technician was a great communicator, providing information about each step in the process. He was very thorough, getting all the corners and small spaces as well as the open carpets.
We think the price is reasonable for the quality service provided.

The equipment works very well on the carpet. I was just going to get 3 rooms shampooed, but after I seen how clean my carpets were I decided to shampoo the whole house.

After having a less than amazing initial experience, I was immediately contacted by Zerorez asking what they could do to make it better. Within days they had a senior technician back at my house. Luis explained what he was doing in great detail and did not leave until he was confident I was pleased. Not only did he redo my two chairs but he also treated my leather couch, which looks 100x better. I can not wait to have them back out to clean my outdoor furniture cushions!

He did a good job but forgot part of his cleaning machine here. It’s on the front porch.

Philip did a terrific job cleaning my old sofa. He worked hard. He managed to remove some pet stains we both thought were impossible. I am loyal to Zerorez.

The technician (I'm sorry that I don't remember his name) that you sent out to my home was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was also friendly and accommodating with my requests and questions. I love the result of his work - our carpets look and smell great!

The technician called to say he would arrive in 30 minutes. He was on time, cleaned the rooms in a timely manner and did a very good job. He asked about previous cleanings where we had extra solution because of an accident that needed extra cleaning. We discussed the reason why an extra solution was not needed. Very nice and polite. Took about an hour to clean four rooms, two landings and steps. We've used them before and will definitely use them again.

Dexter was my technician and I was impressed by him from start to finish! He was kind, professional, and did an amazing job. I wasn’t convinced all the stains would come up-but every single one is gone!
