I like the mobile service that does the job reasonably quick and professional, plus the lack of harsh chemicals is a big plus. I like the variety of services that are available. I have used the carpet and tile cleaning, and just recently I tried the mattress service and was amazed at the great result.

This was a follow-up from last fall, and sort a refresh, focusing on the first stairwell and second floor landing by my gas fireplace.
Dylan, the cleaning technician came in, gave me a brief run down of his cleaning routine, the chemicals he'd be using and the approximate drying time after completion.
For those two areas, I believe he was here just under 2 hours. The drying time about 5 - 2 for the landing, using an oscillating fan and a box fan, and 3 for the stairwell with the box fan pointing down the stairs from the top.
I'd definitely recommend Zerorez for your carpet and furniture cleaning needs in the future!

Technician was VERY knowledgeable. I regret us that you couldn't clean any of our upholstery due to fabric content. Maybe work on that. But, our tile floors and carpets look fabulous!!

I hadn't had my carpets cleaned for a number of years so I finally made the appointment - the technician called in the morning and indicated a reasonably specific arrival time and was there within that 30 minute window. The technician was polite, efficient and thorough (I believe his name was Eric) and when he was finished my carpet looked brand new! I am very happy with the service and the technician - if I owned a business that needed someone who really cared about their work I might have tried to hire him away from you!
