Brett was our service technician and he went above and beyond to try and get stains out from a rug that was permanently damaged by a tenant that threw wads of gum into the carpet and over time, the gum became blackened and was embedded into the rug fibers. Brett made every attempt to try to remove some of the gum, but the fibers would be ripped out of the carpet weave if he tried to remove the gum. Thanks so much for your help.

The carpet looks clean. It was cleaned as scheduled by a knowledgeable person and was not overly wet. Only disappointment was the fact that the patch of carpet in front of the bedroom cost as much as a walk in closet according to the person in the office!

No chemicals and no smell. Our technician did a great job! Kept in touch to leer us know when he would arrive. Was very knowledgeable and respectful of the property and arrived on time . I will be calling them in the future.

The pricing is great for the standard room cleaning. The add-ons seem a bit expensive comparatively ($80 for an odor removal add-on for a $75 room cleaning). The employees are friendly and professional, and they are able to get the job done quickly.
