The young man who came to our house was very respectful and eager to do exactly what we wanted. He took his time, answered all our questions, and did a very thorough job and wiped up any moisture that got on hardwood floors, etc. He made sure we checked what he had done to make certain we were satisfied. The carpets look brand new.
