I have used Zerorez for years but had a bad experience the time before this service which almost caused me to stop using their services but decided to try again. Tech Ryan showed up on time; was polite; efficient and really took the time to do a fantastic job!! As long as Zerorez has techs like Ryan I will continue to use their services. My carpets look great!!
Fast and efficient.
It was quick and dry in about 15 hours. Had 2 bedrooms the stairs and my living room done. Will do it again for remaining rooms in a few weeks thanks zeroes!

The technician, Ben, came as scheduled. He was friendly and professional. He explained what would be done and the charges. The work was completed timely and the finished product was great. Drying time was as stated; roughly 4 hours. The carpet looks great and it is not hard under the feet.
