Our floors look great after you clean them. In all honesty the floors are 27 years old, so we know they are not perfect, but they sure look a lot better, each time. Especially after chocolate milk has been spilled on them.

Carpets were generally well cleaned. Stairs were the biggest challenge, and I as owner probably should have pointed out trouble spots. All look fine.

The pricing is reasonable. Our carpets were extremely dirty. One particular room had old spots that had been there for years due to the room not being used for a while. The company got the spots up and the carpet looks really nice.
The technician also informed me they were running behind and would it still be okay to come. The company used good communication skills in letting us know when to expect their arrival time. I would recommend this company.

The young man who cleaned the carpets was informative, competent, efficient, helpful, friendly, and did an amazing job. I've had the carpet cleaned before, but it has never been so clean and odor free. When I have the carpet cleaned again, I will request his services.

Cleaning without any residue. Left a pleasant scent without a strong odor. Very thorough cleaning with thoughtful additional recommendations to enhance the cleaning. Have used in the past, will continue using ZeroRez in the future.
