Brandon and Landon were very friendly and professional. Brandon described in detail what all would done and I even ended up adding a few services on like my area rugs! Although my bill was much higher than I expected with all the ad ons, but I was very happy with my results! My ceramic tile in the kitchen looks brand new again!

Your product and service is exceptional

The service persons were really friendly and explained what they were doing. I know that they need to upsell other services, which is annoying but not their issue. We went with Zerorez because they had the service and we didnt have to do with other things. The service techs were not pushy which would have turned us off on considering doing business with them in the future

When I scheduled my appointment to have my carpets cleaned, I requested Daniel. He cleaned my carpets last year and did an amazing job. On my recent cleaning he called to let me know he would be coming early, He had an another fellow with him, they were a great team, professional, friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend Zerorez, I have used them for years.
