They were knowledgeable and professional. Gave me advice and explained what they were doing. When he arrived Saturday, there was a part that broke on his equipment, within 10-15 minutes his manager was there with the part. The manager was just as nice!

Steven did an outstanding job on our carpet. He was so professional. He took time to explain the procedure and answer a couple of questions I had. We are going to put our house on the market and we won't have a problem when prospective buyers see the two rooms.
