I l like that, they don't come in and use your water.Your sink, your tubs, you just let them in the door they work from their truck into the house, even though it was winter time, they were able to block the door away to put the hose through and block some of the air out, which was good. The worker was very kind, very respectful and did a thorough job. He cared about the fact that I was there with a baby. So he tried to be as quiet and it wasn't very noisy. Anyway, he did a great job.

I like the product and that my carpets aren’t stiff and crispy and that harsh chemicals are not used. There was an issue this time with the hose breaking and pouring water all over my entry rug. Also, after the technician left, I noticed blue streaks up and down all the corners of my walls from the hose.

We like there is no string fragrance and the cleaning doesn’t take long and carpets dry usually within 12 hours or less. We put fans on to help the drying process. The service men are very nice and do a great job. We only had one time the carpet didn’t come out clean but Zerorez came back out and re cleaned them and no additional charges.

You don’t use harsh chemicals when the carpet drives fairly quickly. Your workers are very polite also.
