Our technician was prompt (early in fact!), courteous, communicative, and friendly. He completed his job in a timely fashion and the carpets and rug look amazing as I knew they would based on our previous experiences with Zerorez. The challenges of cleaning carpets that have been fouled by pets is no small matter. I know that when pet urine seeps into the pad, it requires a level two cleaning. Given that there were 30 spots that showed seepage into the pad, the cost to clean was prohibitive. But the level one cleaning did a remarkably good job -- not perfect -- there are still some visible areas, but it's a significant improvement.
Eric was a pleasure to work with. Thorough. Knowledgeable. Hard working. We will be working on a six-month cleaning cycle.
