I like the fact that a lot of chemicals are not used. My technician did a great job. I had a black stain from the mechanism under my reclining chair that he was able to remove completely.

I had a lot of soap residue and the smell of that soap in my apartment from many previous cleanings. I’m sensitive to scent and it was a real problem with congestion which was much worse in summer.
I heard about ZeroRez and thought I would try it. I didn’t really think it would work to get all the deeply embedded soap/scent out, but with the guarantee, I figured I could repeat the treatment if necessary.
After the cleaning, once it had dried, I got down to get a good smell of the carpet and I could still pick up the smell but I decided to vacuum it every day for a few days to try to get out what remained.
After the first vacuuming, I could no longer pick up the scent. I was very happy—it’s been a week now and I vacuumed a few times—the carpet looks clean and smells clean (which for me means there is no smell!).
