Technician was wonderful, so knowledgeable and friendly. Showed up on time, went over optional add-ons and explained everything thoroughly. Also removed every discoloration or stain on our carpet.
I like that Ray arrived at the beginning of the 3 hour window - I know that's not always possible, but it's nice when it happens! :)
He was able to get the stains out of my carpet, and the carpet wasn't soaked like it has been with previous carpet cleaning companies. He took the time to make sure my questions were answered and I was pleased with the results.

My experience with Zeroez was completely bonkers! I've been a corperate exec for 30 years now. I have hired many capet cleaners. But nothing came came close to the change in our carpets as this company. The two workers sent to us were the most professional, hard working and honest guys I have seen in quite quite a while. It was a pleasure. The customer service was off the chain. We had massive 2'x3' ink spill that has never been able to come up. Weve attempted all knids of products as well as multiple companies. I know this might sound a bit cheesy or like an infomercial. But I can asure this is for real. The entire ink spill went completely away. ANd I mean complete. As in nothing left. On top of all of that, cleaning our office chairs and the works, were were charged half the price, and in some case less than half, of what competetors have charged in the past. Phenomenal! This is our company form now on. And if somebody can drop by a set of business card for me to hand out to the many other organization in this business park, I will do so. Impressed!!!

Technician very thorough in cleaning each room Cleaned areas where more dust and dog hair had accumulated near baseboards. Clean, fresh smell in products used. Rooms completely dry next morning(rooms cleaned in late afternoon). No residue or dampness on hardwood floors. Have used Zerorez in past and will use again.
