I have been a client of Zerorez for over 20 years. I have yet to meet a technician that doesn't show without a smile on their face. Having said that, the last technician that did our carpet cleaning was over the top friendly, genuinely interested in offering me assistance in moving a couple of last-minute items, and was so thorough but efficient that he was finished in less than 30 minutes. My husband and I were in shock and express the same to the technician. He told us he would be happy to go back into each room with us so we could point out any areas that he might have missed, but nope, carpets were spotless. I am embarrased that I do not remember his name because I would have loved to give him a shout out to the corporate office. He is a keeper! I would never consider using any other cleaning service but Zerorez.
I had an exceptional experience and would not only use your services again but would highly recommend you. The technician you sent was professional, lovely, polite, explained every step of what he was doing and did not give me any false hope on one are that was particularly dirty. In the end it came out perfectly clean which was a big surprise. If some stain remained I would not have been surprised and would have respected his honesty.

They are nice, they tell us exactly what they need to use. The products they use don't have a strong odor, and they leave everything clean—they really leave the place spotless.
They show up when they say they will and do the job as asked. Carpets and upholstery are clean with no residue and dry quickly! Technician was honest about what would clean well and what would not.

As for the product, everything looks great, and and I was told if the pet odor was not resolved, I had a 30 day guarantee and should let them know right away so they could return and continue to work on the problem area, for me. At this point in time, I'm pleased - time will tell and the next 30 days will determine my final review.
The two woman that did the work were great.
I like that the stains came out pretty easily. The carpet seemed to take longer to dry this time, but it could be because it was humid. I do hope you are paying the workers well because my house took an hour and a half and was over $500.00. I cannot afford to tip on top of that. I would have loved to because he was great.
