He did a great job!! Only one comment was when he left, he didn’t dispose of the clumps of hair/carpet fiber and they were in the curb in front of the house. Not sure if he just emptied his machine carelessly or if they blew out when he drove away but we have a large trash can he should have put them in. But out carpets abd grout look amazing!
I like that there are no chemicals in the cleaning solutions. I don’t have to worry about my breathing being affected. They always do a great job of cleaning the carpet, upholstery, rug, tile, air ducts. We use them for everything!
