ON TIME & GREAT CLEAN RESULTS

On time, polite. Did not see checking of furnace vents as stated on statement. Generally neat, only had to clean up on hard surfaces where solution remained. Improved the appearance of my carpet considerably.

Sean did a great job on the grout cleaning on my kitchen floor tile.

The technician that came out to do the reclean service was AMAZING! He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and very professional. He made sure to walk us through the service and procedure and got our areas looking spotless! He was so respectful of our home and made sure he kept the front doors closed and wore shoe covers. We will definitely re book and request him!

For the most part, the service is excellent. The technicians do a really really good job. Owen was very polite and was here within the timeframe given. After he left and the rugs that were done dried, my husband noticed that a little more time could’ve been spent on the area rugs. Especially our 5 x 7.
All in all, we are happy with zero Rez service and will probably be getting our couch done.

Service was good and tech was nice. Arrived 2 hours early (called at 7:30am, arrived at 8am for a 10am-1pm window) which wasn’t ideal but we made it work!
