This is the 3rd time I have used Zerorez to clean my upstairs carpets and in the future it will be my 4th, 5th, 6th and, you get the idea. My carpet is 25yrs old, is cream color (who does that??) and with 3 dogs and plenty of guests it takes a beating. I can honestly say that when the lovely people at Zerorez leave, it looks “almost” new! Admittedly mine is a relatively small job with 2 b end rooms and a hallway, but I am treated as if I am the most important customer of the day. My service person, David, was very thorough and took pains to not only deep clean, but to also get up some very sticky, nasty carpet tape that I could not budge. Bonus! Oh, and I should mention that I’m pretty sure they made a mistake on my invoice, (but don’t tell them:). So reasonable!!! See you next year! Thank you.

The technicians called me promptly within the time frame I selected online. They were attentive and only charged me what I was quoted. The work was done quickly and our carpet looked fresh and clean when they were done. It also didn't take forever to dry which I appreciate!
