Excellent customer service
I appreciate the work Lius did. He explained everything and worked efficiently. He deserves a 10. He cleaned carpet in 5 rooms and hall. He also cleaned 2 cloth chairs and tile in entry way and kitchen and around area rug. This is the second time I used Zerorez. I will use again. The price is good.
Cody was the most personable service person we have ever had for any work in our house over past 22 years! He listened to us when we pointed out problem areas and he paid special attention to them and the carpets turned out the best they ever have after zerorez service. Fast, friendly service and the air duct cleaning was completed to my expectation.
We had requested a window of 10 to 12pm. with a call approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival. When it became 12 pm. and no contact had been received, I called and received apologies for this oversight with a promise someone would arrive in 20 minutes. In fact the technician did arrive in 19 minutes. He set up quickly and worked industriously and thoroughly. Initial appearance of the carpet is satisfactory.
Techs Toney and Devon were absolutely amazing. Quick, clean and tidy. Would recommend them to anyone, and would request them again in my home. I only had one large room and a hallway, so I think the price was a bit high. Advertised as 3 rooms(no measurements) for 129.00, but I have 1 large room, living and dining (2?), plus a 4\15 hallway. Charged way extra for the hallway. Prici my not equivalent with square footage, but then again, you make your own rules. Would I recommend the service providers? YES. Would I recommend the service? Only if you check square footage .
