Ok, I think your services are great. The base price is always affordable. But the add ons are not so much. When I pay for a protectant to be added I expect more than a spray bottle of solution to be used. I have used this service for years but the rep did not have my info about that.

Every service technician that we've had has been wonderful to work with. They explain all of the processes, give you ample opportunities to give feedback and ask questions. The prices are very reasonable and the results are exceptional.

I like the speed with which the carpets dry, the effectiveness of the cleaners used, and the speed of the overall process.

Communication was exemplary. I received several reminders and a phone call when they were ahead of schedule and could come early. Very professional and quick. Great experience. Carpet looks brand new!

Easy to make an appointment, fast and efficient work

Service visit. On time and did an awesome job changing out our UV replacement bulbs (about three years) in both units! Super friendly and informative and even emailed me pictures of what was done in both units. Zerorez has some great employees and will continue to use them for cleaning house.

They used low-moisture to clean the thin carpets (on concrete) and the carpets got dried within 12 hours which is perfect for a small museum.

The ease of booking with many quick appointments available, professional and friendly and the place looked much brighter and clean when they were done!
