The employee was very respectful and responsive to all my questions. I feel certain if I had noticed before he left he would have taken care of it but I didn’t notice until after he had left the house. He wore protective booties over his shoes which was thoughtful and the outside of the house had no evidence of the cleaning debris
However Under all of the vents there was dust and debris that was left. and there are about 20 events. It was on the tables the furniture and even a little gym bag that had been left out. Also my dryer keeps saying check outside vents. And that is what prompted me to have it done in the first place but that notice still says check outside vents even after the cleaning
Could be a glitch in the dryer though system

First of all I want to say that Casey was very professional and was very thorough with doing a good job for us. He explained, in detail the services we were about to receive as well as the additional services he provided. As pet owners, we wanted to make sure that the house didn't smell like a kennel, especially in the days to come after the service. It's been 3 days and so far we can still smell the fresh scent of the clean carpets as well as the no lingering smell of dog.
We will definitely reuse Zerorez in the future and we will certainly recommend the service to our family, friends and neighbors.
