Our carpet technician, James Bowens was outstanding. He was very relaxed and engaging and did the best cleaning job on our carpet that we have had in years. Others in the past have had to come back to fix streaks and seemed rough on the carpet. James was also quiet and quick- he did such a thorough job in a short time. Our 40 year old carpet looks like it's new. Very impressed.

(A lot of kids, dogs, and cats have roamed and played here!) Looks amazing. My newer carpet looks great too, but I kind of expected that. The old carpet blew me away. Love my clean couches too!
