Dennis did an excellent job on our two rooms and stairs especially removing stains. He was efficient and courteous and i would request him again. Best of all he didn't try to up-sell us on every available option. But he did tell us about treatments for lixury vinyl flooring which was helpful.

You sent your very best techs to do my job. they had suggestions and were very personable. I would recommend you, and if I have carpets to be cleaned, you are number one on my list.

My technician was great. He explained everything he was going to do. He made recommendations for me. He did a fantastic job on the carpets and the stains left from makeup from my teens and having three dogs who run through the house. I couldn't have asked for better service!!!!

Communication was very timely. The person that cleaned the carpet was very nice and communicated which step was happening next. he also walked through the areas that were cleaned ti make sure I was good with the end product. He made sure that I saw the invoice and that he had the correct products that I ordered. Carpets looked so much better! All around great service!
