I like the fact the technician does the job agreed upon on the phone with the rep and does not try to up sale once they get to the house to do the work. This helps level set expectations for both planning and budgeting.

Carpet cleaning met my expectations, however, the 30 min spent on scrubbing my bathroom shower walls (tiled) did NOT meet what I expected, rather it equaled the same results I get spending the same amount of time. For the extra $80, I’ll just have my carpets cleaned. It was no fault of the technician, the grout between tiles will never be its original white color, he suggested using a Grout Pen, found in most Home DePots and Lowes stores. Otherwise, an A+ to Zerorez, I’m satisfied.
