Excellent service from our technician Daniel. He was on time and thorough. We had some dog pee stains, and he gave us his recommendation for cleaning that area. We didn’t feel that he was upselling, because Daniel gave us the options and we made the decision. We also had spindle chair cleaned, and he worked hard to get out the stains. There were a couple stains that he couldn’t get out, but it wasn’t for lack of trying. The cleaning solution has a pleasant smell, not chemical smelling. We will use them again and ask for Daniel.
I am never disappointed with any service or technician at Zerorez. That being said the service I got from Tim Tyree was exceptional. He was her Monday for duct cleaning service. He is also a good salesman and convinced me to purchase the whole house photocatalytic air purifier for HVAC. I have 2 systems therefore this was an expensive purchase but I have no doubt the it is a good investment. He came back Wednesday to install the air purifiers.
Time is a great spokesman for Zerorez and you should give him a raise!!!

There was dried caulking and pet stains in the carpet. All were removed.
No strong chemicals and smell is the light scent of orange peels. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. He was on time and communicated what he would be doing. He did a fabulous job! I definitely would recommend!
