He was our technician and did a beautiful job. He was polite, professional and answered any questions we had before cleaning our house, and runners.
He suggested we have our wool, cotton area rug and jute rug cleaned at the facility instead of him trying at our home. Will take 2-3 weeks but we’re very pleased.
Carpets were specially treated as our cat had a few accidents before he left us. Totally nailed it with cleaning & sanitizing.
Reasonable, efficient and honest.

Fast/ professional/

I was able to submit a request for service over the weekend, specify the time I wanted (within 2 hrs), reply to the confirmation email to request rescheduling, and get the very next time window.
The man who came to wash my carpets was very polite, and showed me the status of the carpets before and after the service.

Our technicians were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job with our carpet cleaning.

The serviceman who came was very personable and transparent about what could be done to "clean" our very dirty carpet with cat and dog leftovers as well as coffee and soup stains. He then proceeded to work room by room and had completed all of the house in less than 2 hours. Surprisingly, the carpets were only mildly wet and almost completely dry by evening.
I will definitely use your company in the future for any carpet cleaning services.

John was extremely through in each room
He explained how and why some stains would probably not come out. He worked hard to try to get them out. The reasons why we need to put plastic under our wood legs and wood furniture for at least a day For the reasons I had stains, was due to the wood getting wet and leaving stain. My husband and I were extremely pleased with all his work and how he explained details of our current carpet
