Animal urine was addressed if you have had pets in the house. Prepare yourself for what you may see when the black light gets used. Results were great. Carpet was clean, looked fresh and fibers stood tall when raked. Very satisfied.
Our carpet was pretty dirty, the man did a good job cleaning it, but it does have a few streeks that I feel could have been cleaned better. All in all a good job.
