Cody was awesome. Great communication skills keeping us informed of his schedule--he worked for us on a Saturday. The product cleaned our carpets very well--including a game room carpet that had not been cleaned since installation 20 years ago.

Use Osmosis water and chemicals only on our dog stains. Our Service guy Jack was wonderful! He was very friendly and did what he could to make us happy customers.
