It was easy to make an appointment, the technician (Albert) was right on time and very professional and courteous. He took his time explaining the process and the end result was wonderful. My carpet was not in good shape but looked like new after he finished. I was very satisfied!
It was a bit pricey, but I had deep clean/odor removal treatment. The dog bio stains did come out and it definitely smells a lot better. I would recommend.
The professionalism of the team members that do the work, the respect of each representative I have spoken with and the efficacy of the actual product. My carpets look great every time and as a pet owner that has lengthened the life of my carpets. 10/10 recommend.
