Very satisfied with these guys and the work they do. They called ahead and actually asked if they could arrive earlier than planned, as they were ahead of schedule. I was all too happy to agree. This was my first time using their business; when they arrived, they were very polite and professional and explained what they were going to do and what I could expect from their service. They answered all of my questions, and offered honest feedback. They gave additional options I could consider based on my questions, but they didn't pressure me to up-sell more product. They worked very quickly and covered every inch of carpet that wasn't blocked by furniture. It was significantly cleaner than before, and I noticed a huge difference right away. They gave me some booties for my feet to use until it finished drying. These guys were excellent, and I would use them again.

I had the most amazing experience with Antonio Hall. My 83 year old mom has been very sick and was admitted to the hospital. She had some issues down the hall and in her bedroom and bathroom. He was so caring and understanding. Spiritually, he left me up when I so overwhelmed and clearly about to fall. This company did an amazing job on the carpets and the bathroom floor. I will always use them and tell everyone about the amazing care give. Again, thank Antonio Hall. You got me through this difficult time.

Jamie was in and out with great information on expectations, etc. He was very respectful of my home and cleaned up after himself, wiping up water on the tile from errant drips. I have used Zerorez since the mid-1990's and will continue to do so.

Technicians were efficient and friendly.They did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets and removing stains which I thought were pretty impossible to do. The carpets dried quickly.
My husband and I are impressed and completely satisfied with the services we received from Zerorez and we will definitely be repeat customers! I initially had Zerorez come to our new home to clean the carpets, but after speaking with Cesar about the products and services offered and after seeing what a fantastic job he did with the carpet cleaning, I decided to have all the tile and grout cleaned as well! Both Cesar and Eric did such a great job getting our new home cleaned and ready to move in. Cesar explained how they clean without harsh chemicals, and as a mom of 3 kids who all have allergies this was very important to me. Cesar also informed us that Zerorez does so much more than just carpets and when Eric came and cleaned the tile he proved that this company cares about its customers! Eric was meticulous in cleaning the miles and miles of tile and grout, and when he was done we felt like we had just gotten new flooring. We will be looking forward to using Zerorez in the future for our cleaning needs and we'd recommend them to everyone!
