I liked Terry, the service rep who came to our home to do the cleaning. He did everything that was asked of him, worked very fast, and was careful to be clear about what the cost would be.
The job he did was super -- my carpets are clean and protected.

I love that you steam clean and don’t put a ton of chemicals on the carpet. I love that you have a line to your van and there are no messy machines filled with water in the house. I love how knowledgeable Jay was. He took the time and really cared about teaching me and cleaning our carpet. He did a GREAT JOB!

The first round something must have been up with the equipment, but Zerorez immediately corrected the situation and someone came to redo the streaky areas and I couldn’t be happier with how clean my carpets look!
