Honestly-The biggest reason I would recommend is the ability to request a provider. Devon was the best service provider I have had in our home.He was so nice and professional- I can’t say enough good things. I truly hope management gets word of how great he is. I never leave reviews or take these surveys but I just feel compelled to give Devon the credit he deserves for going above and beyond. He was good at sales as well, because of how nice he was-we upgraded to buying to extra stain and wear product when normally I would pass on any extras.

Jacob, the Technician who cleaned our Air Ducts was thorough and took time after he was finished to show what had been collected. He recommended a different filter, which should work better with our furnace. The job was performed on time. We are repeat customers who will be back next time - again. In the meantime we will recommend Zero Rez to friends and neighbors for always providing more value than they ask for in return - the most any customer could ask!

The employee, Layton, was extremely professional and took the time to remove some nasty stains. The rugs dried in a few hours with fans on them. All around a lovely experience and my carpets almost look brand new! Would recommend to anyone needing carpet or upholstery cleaning.

Grant was very professional and conscientious. He walked through our home, asking questions and looking for any problem areas prior to starting the cleaning process. Once he finished the cleaning, he asked me to walk through to make sure we were pleased. He was very thorough.
