I love the ecofriendly & nontoxic cleaning method. We try to live a low-tox lifestyle so that’s very important to us. Customer service is great, it was easy to schedule my appt and the information was clear and straightforward. Our tech was communicative, prompt and professional. He was quick and thorough and our carpets look great.

What I didn't like was sthat there was some pressure to add additional services. I appreciate that they did discount those services, but why have a charge that needs to be challenged.

Carpets were very wet wheh they left, and some are sill not dry (24 hours later.)
