Once started, Dillan thoroughly treated areas as needed and then cleaned. I am grateful that the drying time for carpet is reduced! Dillan helped us understand pricing and the best package price! Our carpet was pretty dirty, the man did a good job cleaning it, but it does have a few streeks that I feel could have been cleaned better. All in all a good job.
