The carpet looked almost new when the technician finished. I appreciated the tip I received the last time that Zerorez cleaned my carpet regarding a mixture of white vinegar and water to clean spots on my rug. I have a cat that has a tendency to vomit his food and has hairballs that are really dark and hard to clean. The vinegar water does an excellent job.

Also, Tyler was amazing. He was so helpful and answered all of our questions so thoroughly.

The process was effective at cleaning our carpets. There was not much moisture if any in the air afterward and the smell of the freshly cleaned carpets was pleasant.

Adam was very professional and did an exceptional job getting stains out of a couch and carpet. We had tried using many techniques to remove the stains ourselves, but they didn’t work. We are so happy we don’t need a new couch or to replace our carpet now.

It was very easy to book. The man who came to do the carpet cleaning was very professional and nice. He called me to let me know almost exactly when he'd be there, was on-time and did a great job.

The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is the cost of the stairs was more than the rest of the house. I mean, I get it, stairs are a pain, but it still jacked up the price.

Also ... and please look into this ..... when the man handed me his (?) phone to input my credit card number to pay, there was already a credit card number saved there. I could have VERY EASILY just selected that card to pay. It was at the bottom, next to Apple Pay as an option. Obviously I can't use someone else's Apple Pay because it usually requires a face ID, but it did give me pause that now MY credit card number would be saved in there and could be used by others. I think it might be an iPhone thing?? I don't know, but do look into that so there's no fraud.

The tech was very nice and helpful. He did an awesome job. My carpet looks better than it was.
