Tyler was great: knowledgeable, enjoyable to interact with, knowledgeable about the Zerorez process, worked hard on the rugs, giving them an extra final once-over to ensure they'd dry quickly. This was my second Zerorez experience and both were great. I did recommend Zerorez to y neighbor and she's used you at least twice since. Do I get some discount for that?
OMG- I can't say enough about the amazing job LANCE performed cleaning my wall-to-wall carpet. The carpet looks better now than when I moved into my rental property. Communications, on-time arrival, great service
As a preface, we used Coit and Stanley Steamer for carpet cleaning in the past. I heard an ad on Fox 10. I decided to give Zerorez a try. The website was easy to manage. One suggestion is to highlight your policy on moving furniture to the order page rather than on the small print pages. Most people do not really read the terms and condition pages. The email reminders and address check is a plus.
The serviceman (can't remember his name (a business card including serviceman name and office contact number would help as well as good for referrals) called 30 minutes prior to arrival to verify address. He was polite throughout the visit. The up sales were done after a full explanation of the process and benefits. No pressure. We did add extra cleaning area and received a discounted fee. We expected this and had the rooms prepped prior to his arrival.
The carpets were all pretreated, mechanically fluffed, cleaned efficiently. The complete carpet pretreatment and mechanically fluffed service were not offer by the other companies.
The serviceman made sure all liquid spills on tile and floors were wiped. He protected all corner and stairs. He was polite and skilled.

This is the second time we've used ZEROREZ at our church. This time it was for a very neglected couple of long, wide hallways. Dominic the technician and his helper were very nice, efficient and communicative. They did a great job! They got all the spots up and the carpet looks great. It also smells good. The price was very good too! We are very happy with our choice to use them and will be using them again.
