On time and did a very good. Only major problem was the pricing of the couch. Total bill went to over $400.00. Hope I never have to have the couch done again.

I like that Zerorez sends me an annual reminder. It's easy to schedule an appointment on the day I would like. The staff call with the estimated time of arrival. The work is done without difficulty.

They cleaned our sofa and love seat and did a wonderful job. The only thing I would say is it was too expensive. They charged too much for this cleaning.
