The technicians that came to my home were professional and efficient. They contacted me when they were on their way to let me know when I could expect them, and they arrived at that time. They were very clear about what I could expect and were open to questions. They did a great job on my carpet which is at least 10 years old. They were able to remove stains that I thought weren’t removable. I’m very pleased with the job that was done and I highly recommend Zerorez.

I have had my carpets cleaned for the last 5 or 6 years and they come lookin great every
time. I also bought your spotter as well and I found out this works great on my clothes as
well as my carpets.

Thorough cleaning, the tech explained everything and made recommendations based on our carpet. We have a small dog that likes to mark his space and the tech was able to clean the spots and suggest enzymatic cleaners to prevent staining. Highly recommended!
