The technicians are very nice and knowledgeable. We only had one issue. One of our vents in our kitchen was not screwed into the wall and we are 78 and cannot do it. We tried but you have to get on the floor and it is under a kitchen cabinet. The technicians did not ask for a tip, but when you check out the screen pops up about a tip. We are on a fixed income and we received 20% off our service. My husband felt obligated to leave a tip and was not pressured. It felt like our whole purpose of 20% was wasted. We know they work hard, but we do not tip plumbers or electricians and it was a little shocking to us. We will still recommend Zerorez to friends, because they did a good job. We feel the screen that comes up for a tip should be eliminated but know that is automatic for some payments. If the customer wants to tip it should be up to him and not feel obligated.
ZeroRez results for both carpet or tile floors is superior.
Carpets are always clean & fresh after they finish. I like that there is no sop residue left after cleaning.

Moses showed up in the time frame aloted, very professional, clean and truly seemed to care about our home. He asked before he completed the work if it looked Ok, and then carefully removed his equipment from our home without damaging anything. We didn't expect some areas to clean up very well --- we were elated that those areas cleaned up better than expected. Definitely a loyal Customer to Zerorez.
