The service provider Corrigan did an outstanding job. We appreciated his promptness. We were not on hold all day awaiting his arrival. My carpets are getting aged now, but when he was finished with the job we fell in love with our choices of carpet in our home. They were revived and made a huge difference in appearance. We like the cleaning process and immediately saw the improvement. The technique that extracted dog hair from our carpet was so very much impressive. We hope to have his service in the spring of 2027.

The technicians have always been prompt and courteous. They explained the process and were very meticulous. They didn’t make a mess and cleaned up when they finished. We went through each room and technician showed me the problem areas. Carpets dried rather quickly. Carpets looked good the next morning when completely dried and vacuumed.
