Nice, clean, working professionals. Arrived on time and was very helpful. Explained the carpet cleaning procedure, what to expect before and after. The price was on the high side. The zerorez cleaning product cleaned very well and dried fast. I know there were spots that would not become clean but there were a few I would have expected to clean out. I didn't notice these spots until hours later.

The 2 gentlemen that cleaned my carpet were very respectful and very knowledgeable about what to do about the pet stains and what I can expect afterwards. They walked me through everything and checked in with me often. They were 1000 out of 10. You don’t find customer service like them anymore.
