We had a nice technician but after two days there are still spots visible on the carpet. The one he said that would not be thoroughly gone (dog vomit) is fine but there are others that are still there.

We had an great experience with Zerorez thanks to our technician, Richie! Even though he was late due to another appointment, he had a great attitude, and worked incredibly fast. He completely transformed our high-traffic areas and removed stubborn stains I thought were permanent. Richie was polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job.
