The presurvey of the areas to be cleaned and the recommendations made were very helpful to make sure we got the results we were aiming for. Areas of concern were treated correctly, wear patterns were addressed and the carpet looks great for being 6 years hold.

The technician, Bryce H, was an extremely professional communicator and did exceptional work! We just had an elderly dog, who had a lot of accidents, pass, so our carpet was awful. He even got down on the carpet to smell it to ensure he eliminated as much odor as possible everywhere. He also removed a tough stain that other cleaners were unable to eliminate. We have already recommended him to a neighbor.

I am VERY well pleased with my experience with Zerorez! I closed on my home on July 31, 2026, and before moving my family in, it was extremely important to me to have the carpets, air ducts, and dryer vent professionally cleaned.
Zerorez completed the service on August 8, and when we walked into the house for the first time afterward, I was absolutely amazed! The house smelled wonderful, and the carpets looked GORGEOUS! My children were so excited that we immediately started bringing furniture in, including my son’s bed frame and mattress. It truly felt like we could finally start making the house our home.
Our technician, Morino, was exceptionally professional and did an outstanding job. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and the results speak for themselves.
