Miya was very communicative on when she would arrive, what was going to happen. What she suggested for my couch and rug was no more than what I had been doing already. My dogs really enjoyed her and they are great judges of character. She was very pleasant to have in my home. She is a great asset to your company.

Easy and good quality

Our technician, Rob, was excellent. He was extremely courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. We would give him a 20 out of 10 rating!! Rob was extremely careful of baseboards & large furniture that we were unable to move. We certainly hope ZeroRez appreciates such an excellent technician. He actually "saved" Our opinion of the company. When I had used the "texting" option to try & schedule with "Sami", it was very frustrating. I was told there wasn't an active ValPac promo available & the ladt one ended in March. I had to prove it by sending a screenshot. I I could brig it up, why couldn't Sami? Then, we thought we were setting up for a 4/25/26 2-5p time slot & she stopped "communicating" at 2:59p. We didn't receive an enail confirmation, so we were at a lose as to we did/didn't have the appointment. Then she picked up the conversation the next day & said she loves at 3p & AI takes over. No warning, no communication. This is not how you build a good customer relationship nor how you run a business. Now, the 4/25/26 wasn't available. Not an acceptable.way to gain a new client! We then scheduled for 4/2726 2-5p. Rob called when he was 40 minutes out; we appreciated the timely call. We 100% recommend Rob as a representative for ZeroRez, however, if Sami conducts business this way, we wonder how many clients she may have lost for the company. I hardly doubt ZeroRez would be extremely upset had she stayed a bit longer to conclude the conversation & the booking rather than stopping her communication at 2:59p because she leaves at 3 - and doesn't inform a client that there would be no further communication that day. Please commend Rob on his excellent work ethics & respectfulness

My carpets had not been cleaned for a long time. I had some stains, but they were able to remove them . My Carpet looks nice, clean and smells fresh.
