My experience with Zerorez was Amazing!
It was easy to book the service call on line. And when I called the office, to ask the name of the service person coming, the response was from a human and who answered promptly.
The technicians were on time, professional, and respectful of my home. They cleaned the ductwork and made a suggestion to install a filtration system. Once the tech explained and showed me how the system worked, and the cost and benefits of the product, I thought the price reasonable and had it installed.
Prior to the service, I experienced chronic allergic reactions to dust. Coughing. Sneezing, Short of breath. I could see particles in the air, when the sun shown through the windows and there was a constant layer of dust on the furniture.
Since the Zerorez Full Home Air Duct Cleaning and installation of the Ultravation Clean System, symptoms of allergies have subsided significantly, there are on particles in the air and I only have to dust every couple of wIeeks.
I HIGHLY recommend Zerorez. I am so satisfied that I will definitely be calling to have them clean my carpets!

I love having the ability to schedule my own appointments. I have used Zeroez for years and they do a great job cleaning carpets. The carpets dry quickly and they have been able to remove a pet accident stain and odor. Brandon was very friendly and efficient.
Results on stains & dirty carpet
The appointment was easy to set up and the service was available for the time that I needed it. They work was done in a timely manner and I liked that the carpet smelled clean but not like it was full of chemicals. I am terrible with names so I don't remember the name of the technician that came to clean the carpet but he was super friendly.

Reasonable scheduling times and availability. I didn't have to wait a month to get my carpet clean. I was able to get a time only a week later than my call. This has always been the case.

The rugs were visibly cleaner! Disappointed that area rugs cost more than wall to wall carpet.
William was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, he took great care in protecting our home from damage during the whole process!! Using corner protectors and very caring techniques moving hoses in and out of rooms and up and down the stairs! He cleaned and protected our furniture and carpets they turned out great! Your cleaning process is efficient, uses less water than others, and dries quickly. I appreciate the extra treatments for animal traces. Kyle was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Our confidence was bolstered by knowing that Kyle is associated with the Las Vegas, NV branch of Zerorez with whom we had an equally satisfying experience before we moved to Texas.
