The tech who cleaned our carpets was amazing. He arrived on time. He was so polite and respectful and did an exceptional job. He set up quickly...did his magic on our carpet which was smelled like dogs and was full of stains of some kind. Our carpets looked so beautiful when he finished. We have never used Zerorez before but now it will be our number one.
