I like that you deliver the tank to our hot and we don’t have to have a water softener and get the bags of salt to put in it. It is better for our water heater as well because the bags of salt are hard on that. The premixture is better.

When I have a question or need help, everyone is very helpful and quickly responsive. When salt is due, the delivery man is very courteous, removes the empty bags and tests the tap water to make sure it is soft. I'll stay with Culligan for these reasons..
The new water softener is 1 million times better than my old one reasonably priced and the salt service. Every three months is reasonably priced and very makes it very convenient. I’m 80 years old and I have trouble handling those big bags of salt.

The salt delivery is great for me. With a rotator cuff tear I no longer can lift the heavy bags of salt. The delivery people are friendly and prompt and put the 3 bags of salt into the container. It is obviously a lot more expensive to have my salt done this way but I'm putting not having to pick up and put the huge bags into and out of my car and then into the salt container at home worth the price . Avoiding pain is worth the cost!
