So far so good with the product and both Mike and the tech who did the installation were exceptional.

We very much enjoy the taste of the healthier purified water, and realizing that the water contaminates have been removed provides peace of mind. Also, service has been satisfying and efficient, including the latest Tech. to service our system, Patrick. He performed an additional service that previous Techs. had not (removing excess air from the reservoir tank?) indicating to us how thorough that he was during our service appt.
Delivery, price. The delivery drivers are always so polite and kind. Any questions about my account or delivery the office clerk is very helpful and polite also. A great company to do business with.
