My water softener that I purchased about 2 years ago is such a blessing because our water is so hard and since I have psoriasis it helps me not break out like I used to.
The young man whose name is Eric; brings salt when I need it and is very knowledgeable and tests my water to make sure it is soft enough and loads it for me. That helps me so much because I am older and couldn't pick up the bags to do it myself.
