Quality salt, always friendly employees in both office and those that deliver. Jason is so friendly and efficient. Love that Culligan puts the salt in my softer and will check my water to ensure I have soft water. The schedule they have me on is perfect. Love that they give a heads up 24 hours in advance that they will be delivering and will text when they are 15 to 20 minutes away from delivery.

Mr. Levi Cox came out to my home and was extremely professional and on time. I was having trouble with my sulfur filter and after a brief moment he informed me my well bladder tank had went bad. He explained everything to me and how the system worked answered all my questions and was very kind. After resolving my issue with the well tank he came back that evening and helped flush my system so that my family didn’t have to deal with sulfur water smell anymore. I highly recommend all the employees from culligan always professional and very informative.
I contacted Rose in Customer service at the Santa Ana office. I was having a problem paying my bill online. Rose sent me the link to pay my bill.
I was able to pay my bill today because of her.
She set me up on electronic billing per my request.

I’ve been with Culligan since 1980. I had a service call on July 8th 12-3:00. I was really impressed with the technician that responded. I was told his name was Tovian. In all this time, he is the first one who when he was done not only tested the water outside but then tested the water inside multiple times until he was sure all the chlorine was out of the water and the water was soft.
Built like a tank and work perfectly year after year.
