We had our reverse osmosis changed to a faucet and serviced our soft water tank. Ron Ward was our technician and he was awesome!! He explained everything and was very helpful with the questions we had!
Our delivery man, Larry, is amazing. He always has a smile on his face no matter the weather. He is kind to all our family and dogs. He is quick and efficient. We love our Culligan deliveries.

I like Bobby because he is on schedule and reliable. When we had Primo water delivery, they did not deliver on schedule and rescheduled without even coming on their rescheduled day. It was also impossible to reach them to discuss our account, etc. Culligan seems to respect their customers and commit to reliable service. We enjoy the taste of the spring water.
Effective at doing the job of water filtration and softening. The customer service is exemplary in all areas. Bill was especially professional and skilled at the job. Also, Norma was very sweet, and effective at her position. Both were top tiered at there positions and I enjoy paying a company that has effective workers who enjoy their jobs enough to let it show.

I like the quality of the softener with extra carbon filter for the smell of the foul city water. We do enjoy the drinking water under the sink and it saves us a significant amount. As far as service with the technician today i am extremely impressed and happy with Alfonso.
