The team I worked with in the office was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with, and the overall service experience was excellent. However, I would recommend that Culligan consider partnering with a different financing provider. I had intended to utilize the six-month interest-free financing option, for which I am well qualified, but my experience with the Aqua Finance representative was unsatisfactory. As a result, I chose to pay for the system in full rather than proceed with financing.
We really like our Culligan system. The person who came out was very helpful & thorough job & inspection. My husband was very impressed.
