The driver was able to work around some inconveniences. Half way through attaching the first canister, I told him that it would be a really good time to attach the second in the classroom before students started. He stopped what he was doing and attached the second. Then he went back to the first, which was giving some trouble at a plastic connector. He was kind and professional, and he made sure that at the end of his delivery, we had everything working perfectly.
Alex changed our RO filter and went above and beyond by checking water levels on preexisting water softener. Very kind and conscientious worker.

The service is why I changed to Culligan. My previous company was awful. Culligan has been great since we started. Pricing was stated clearly, no hidden fees. Drivers will call if they have an issue getting into the gate. I love Culligan!
