The receptionist was professional and friendly. She got me scheduled in a short amount of tome. The technician First name removed was professional, friendly and took the extra step of explaining everything about my water softener. He explained how he was programming it and locked in the settings do they wouldn't be lost if a power outage happended. First name removed is also very knowledgeable about his products. I would recommend them if you need a water softener or a water filtration device in your home.

I got an excellent discount at the Senior Expo in San Diego with Daniel Milan!
The installer, however, had me waiting for 3 days due to his difficulty getting into my building (yes, I gave texted instructions), being unable to find parking, and not telling me he had given up and left when I came downstairs to let him into the garage. Finally, at the end of the third day, he completed the install satisfactorily.
