Friendly service...they seem to always get the job done...are reliable...prices good, so far.
the customer service is very very GOOD. HOWEVER the softner ya'll use is not the best it does leave a taste - not a good one either. ut people in the office and the delivery people in the INDEPENDENCE office are the best!!!!! TROY ( the owner) has always been the best along with the office lady so sorry can not remember her name and my delivery guy is great puts my bottles just where I want them. BEST !!!!!!

At least I thought they were till I received my statement & discovered you are charging a $2 monthly fee to send a statement.
To my knowledge, you didn't notify me you were going to do that? Didn't like the SURPRISE!

Joseph came out today to figure out why our water softener does not use much salt. He tested everything and made a few adjustments and explained everything so I could understand. He told me about the Culligan connect app so I can monitor usage and reset low salt level light.
