I have to say, all of the staff have been very helpful, professional and pleasant to work with. As a laboratory, it is important to maintain water quality and the customer service and service department always make sure that I am able to get the tanks I need in a timely manner. They also make it a point to let me know when to expect the service technician's arrival. And the service techs, well they are always so friendly and personable! They clean up behind themselves when they are done and make sure that everything is operating properly. That leaves a great impression on a client like me. Thank you Culligan!!!
