Very proactive culture. Got the water tested quickly, made system recommendations with options and then installed the system within a few days...got it all done on a tight time window prior to our moving into a new house. If only every provider were as proactive as McCardel Culligan, we'd have no punch list remaining!!

I had a technician come who was good ,polite and professional but my softener needed to be replaced and was waiting for a callback to organize it , my call “fell through the cracks “ so I reached out a week later to figure out what was happening, i believe it was the next day i had a supervisor reach out to me about the mistake
We had a good productive conversation about what had happened and the next steps,
Mistakes happen but he did not make excuses or feed me bs he took ownership of the problem and got it resolved I appreciate the honesty and taking responsibility without having to complain
