I like the services i receive and the equipment is generally working with no issues. The service rep i see most often is Tim and he is a top notch service provider, really knows his equipment and how to go about things in a clean and efficient manner. So yeah, Tim is the reason i feel most comfortable with Culligan, this annual checkup provided by Tim gives me the confidence to stay with Culligan and if i have a problem i am confident Tim can fix the issue.

Technician knows the routine for my water softener shed. He is kind enough to load salt in the tank as that is quite hard and awkward to do for this older woman. He checks to make sure everything is running OK and if I need a new filter, he changes it out. Appreciate his assistance every quarter.
