We live in the country and have a well, so while we check the well and as far as safety, it is just fine. But I do not like the taste of iron, and I do not like what the iron does to my washer, the toilets - and an occasional smell when you run the water. So Culligan gives us good tasting water and a reasonable cost. It is delivered to our door and the payment system is automatic with great communication and support through phones and the computer. I originally picked up the Culligan water at my local grocery, but during COVID they would not take back the bottles. With research I learned that having the water delivered was not a lot more than buying at the store, so it was a great plan for me. Thanks~

Service is excellent. The Service Tech, Fabian, who was here earlier today changing the UV Bulb, testing our water, and checking to see if the filter needed to be changed, was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable about our water filtration system, explained things thoroughly, and took extra time to answer all my questions. Additionally, his good nature and sense of humor made for a great overall experience.

Culligan came out recently to change the whole house water filter. the new filter was white; the old one had turned brown. Obviously the filter is removing undesirable stuff from our drinking water. You can feel the difference in the softened water when the softener was installed but seeing the dirty filter was an eye opener.

I love your drivers/delivery people. Both Luis and Daniel have been excellent in personality, helpfulness, and going the extra step. My one issue is that the dispensers aren't consistently good. I have had 3 leak. Are you buying seconds?
