I appreciate the process when we had the system replaced from a previous Culligan system that had aged. Process was easy and great communication on install day. The quarterly check in and delivery to make sure system is running correctly and replacing and fill the salt that has been used. Takes stress out of remember and having to make that purchase. It happens all in one stop.
Culligan has been fantastic and always has followed through with what they've said they'd do all while delivering quality product! Not only that but they are people, meaning they understand things aren't always black and white and work with me to get things right even in non-perfect situations.
