The technician that came to the house was fantastic. Everything else about the service is not. First of all, when I was called about my rating of 8 - which is a good rating - I was told that the tech would be downgraded as a result of my rating even though I said he was fine, everything else around the service was challenging.
Even when I tried to reach out to the person that wanted me to change my grade on the service as a whole took five phone calls to reach. Endless holds, complicated menus, I think I just got lucky when I finally reached the person that left the message. Once I spoke with her, she was good - it was just difficult to get through.
Your company has a good reputation. I have 5 service techs out to service our equipment over the years and maybe two folks came for the initial installation. Only once was I disappointed with who you sent and that was years ago. Your techs have been great. For whatever reason, your company management seems to be laser focused on ruining a good reputation.

I like the service man. If I`m home when he comes we always talk some and if I think there is a problem he goes back to the basement in case I missed him coming in and he checks my concern. Never will I change, CULLIGAN is THE BEST!!!!

Technicians and office staff are always professional and friendly. Willing to take the extra few minutes to explain what they are doing and why, and to make sure I know how to use and take care of the water softener. I appreciate not getting a "hard sell" effort from you to replace equipment that is functioning perfectly well.

The convenience of having large water bottles delivered to your door is a game changer! Those bottles are heavy, so I appreciate the convenience of having them brought to the house as opposed to having to load them at a store and unload them again at home.

Excellent service, excellent delivery drivers, great tasting water! Switched from Primo after finding foreign object in sealed bottle. Culligan bottles have very secure caps and the taste is so much better than Primo. Would never go back.
