We have a soft water system with tanks delivered on a monthly basis. I have to admit, the softness of the water from the system is sometimes inconsistent. That said, Gerry's delivery and awesome service is not. He has been great when it comes to keeping us notified, updated and has consistently been timely with his deliveries. His service attitude leads me to believe that he never has a bad day. And that goes a long way to keep us looking forward to his deliveries.
The person who serviced our unit, knew what he was doing and he did it with a smile on his face. It’s hard to find that type of individual these days. We highly appreciate his work ethic.

Good quality products, extremely reliable and very rarely have to call for service, but when I do the service is excellent. Pat is the tech who normally will perform service and the yearly maintenance. Pat is fantastic. today i had an installation of 2 Aquasential RO’s. One was a brand new install down stairs and the other to upgrade from a aging RO 30 unit installed by Brandon. I have known Brandon for quite some time as he ialso deleivers salt for my water softener. Brandon always goes the extra mile, such as filling up up my salt tank. The install was no different as Brandon needed to run a line to my refrigerator as no wholes were drilled prior. It was a difficult job as the refrigerator sandwiched with the dishwasher. Brandon devised a home made snake to complete the task. As always Brandon was very neat and the place actually looked better then before the install. Culligan is ver fortunate to have Brandon on board.

Convenience; delivery persons add the salt to the softener for me when it is needed; delivery persons are always friendly.
