My family has used Culligan products for a few years now and have had a great experience. We rent water equipment, and have unfortunately needed it cleaned and replaced several times due to problems with out well water. Culligan has been diligent, timely, and efficient with helping us as well and completing work without extra charges.

The initial meeting with Scott was well done making sure the system would fit in the area it had to go and communicating what the process was. The technician did an excellent job with the installation and instructing me how the smart app worked. There was even a follow up phone call a week later to check if I had any questions. Overall very satisfied.
Absolutely love the people and the service that we received. My only suggestion would be I would like to see yearly reminder, possibly by text? This is because usually something starts to go wrong before I realize it’s time for the annual maintenance.

I like the email notification as to when is the next delivery day. It gives me a chance to check out my current bottle, and perhaps get that one exchanged too. The drivers are really kind and friendly each and every time they come to the house.

You do the delivery and carrying of the salt for the unit. If anything needs to be repaired you will also handle those. The people that have delivered the salt have always been easy to talk to.
