The workers who came to our house to get the job done were professional and personable. It's hard to find good customer service these days and these guys blew it out of the water. I highly recommend them.
The actual service they did of replacing our old hot water heater, was spectacular. They thought of everything that we didn't even think of even as far as placing the water heater on top of a small metal tray for any time a small drip might happen, thinking way ahead. So much better than we could ever have expected and we would definitely use them again in the future if we ever needed to.

I love that the guys who deliver the salt carry it into my house and load it into my water softener. And they do it with a smile!
