Our water is conditioned and our fixtures aren’t getting buildup like they used to. When we call for salt we don’t have to wait very long. The delivery driver takes the salt to the basement which is so nice!

I am very happy with the three gentlemen who installed my water softener and removed the old one they were very clean and polite give than a raise. PS one installed it Craig I think it his name , the other two gentlemen removed it . I have already mentioned it to my family and friends. The system so far has operated flawlessly, as for the services I have found them to be unsurpassed. I usually interact with the ladies up front, they’re great. They’ve responded to my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. The only issue I had concerns about was Aqua Finance. I found trying to work with them very cumbersome, they weren’t very prompt sending out statements and trying to talk to someone live was impossible due to a language barriers, their heavy accents made it very challenging to understand.
We know we are drinking the best quality water and can depend on scheduled deliveries of the bottled water/
