My 19 year old Culligan softener died so I called Culligan for a new one. Each person I encountered was great from the receptionist, the sales rep, to the installer. They kept me informed on the time and installation date and the new unit was installed in good time. It almost struck me as a "family" operation. I'm 76 so these things mean a lot to me. Job well done.

The service tech Eli was very polite and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what he was looking at and had the parts on the truck. The problems were resolved quickly and we were up and running . Eli explained all the components and how they work together.
