3 years ago we had installed what we thought was a great system. We had struggled to figure out why clothes were getting dingy and colored. We had small pellets clogging our faucets from time to time. When the culligan service finally came out to troubleshoot the issues, come to find out from initial install was plumbed in backwards. Going through filter first and then into the system. Daryl re-plumbed it to the correct way. So far so good.

The only issue I have is with the rental or purchase plans. I've rented for over 35 years. After a lot of money spent, I still need a clear reason why renting is better than purchase.
